Sorry for bothering you again I just wondered about training Jump Shot at 24-26 age I remember when I trained my 23 guard he poped every 4 weeks in JS but at the near end of the season I have noticed he poped after 6 weeks the last time I trained him, now he is 24,and I wanted to ask how many weeks it will take to pop JS from 24-26 age, if you had some experience in that matter thanks a lot

without the height of the player is hard to say, height is quite important when you train your players

Sorry,

the old numbers were wrong. They were calculatet on 22 years old trainees. Sorry my bad.

So here are the averaged numbers for the JS-Developmet for an around 1,90m guy:

24: 0,2526 / Week = ca. 4 Weeks / UP
25: 0,2244 / Week = ca. 4,5 Weeks / UP
26: 0,1836 / Week = ca. 5,5 Weeks / UP

These numbers were calculatet conservatively.
