Cap is based on skills not salary so i don't see any change. Only salary is changing.
I think one of the first questions that I asked on these forums was similar to what I'm asking now. The
How does potential work? (144856.33) says...
Different potential levels cap out at different skill levels.
... but then it goes on to give a range of (outdated) salaries anyway. I asked why a range of salaries was given when a range of TSP would make more sense, and be more useful. The answer I was given was because of the relationship between TSP and salaries.
When I use the salary estimation tool on buzzer-manager, it seems to indicate that putting 2-3 more big man skills on my PF will place him into the 90-100% Potential Cap Limit range and his salary goes up quite a bit. But, if I look at putting more OD or Passing on him, his current Potential Cap Limit range doesn't change much at all, and his salary doesn't go up by very much. Training Simulator also seems to work on a similar principle. Am I just using these tools wrong?
Would a player who would cap with 2 more levels of IS/ID/REB/SB also cap if 2 more levels of Passing or OD were added instead?
