if i buy mughan train him as i inside or outside player?

He's 6'10" so most definitely he would excel in the frontcourt (big).

In today's NT field it would do well to build up some of his outside skills like JS and PA. All these teams that went all in on Look Inside are paying for it now with the Game Day Prediction being implemented in NT games. There is a great opportunity for balanced/outside oriented teams to thrive.

i decided last season that i would focus on training big men only, i wondered if we could get manager to train specific positions

You guys should be able to coordinate who trains what. Everyone should get a max arena as soon as possible.

As far as NT, you're going to need a bit of everything. Take it a season at a time.

I don't know enough about the NT to know which areas are more urgent to address.

Barbados need a bigger pool of players in the game. That begins and ends with everyone making a competent draft strategy.

With the implementation of Utopia, there is a flood of trainees coming to market. Though currently Utopia has no NT or U21. So a national trainee could get bonus EX by running in the U21.

A lot of good trainers are not in the elite leagues and build from smaller incomes in lower leagues. This factors in on the economic end where you just get the best players to market even if it means selling at loss.

Relying on saves will always lose training weeks for them to bot out. They end up behind in training but it can still be viable.
