I think it's a good idea.
I also would add that one can decide in each position the option of exchange.
: example
Point guard - rotation
shooting Guard - Choosing Order of the players coach
Small Foorord - make sure you order the players
Power Foorord - Rotation
Center - be sure to order the players

I also agree. I think an NBA 2k style rotation would be useful to help young players and also make sure the right guys are getting the right amount of minutes.

It makes training and game shape boosts way too easy. You could just give your trainee 48 minutes and your starters 72 minutes and they'll be trained/get higher game shape.

And thats why BB wont do that. Too easy for everyone.
