its on your team page.click your team's name and if you scroll down a bit,you will see the option..but be quick cuz I think today is the last day for off season processing and after that you wont be able to change your team's name for another season

Do it fast. I don't know exactly when does the option dissapear, it should be before the first league day. So, yeah do it asap.
