Hello, my name is Renato, I play in II.3 (Brazil)
I would try to help you.
The selection is not very strong and we have to be realistic.
I'm over ten seasons and I can try to help.
I can not guarantee one victory, but I can guarantee that I will try to help yours with the community.

Best greatings to Barbados.
If you want to have an experienced manager from germany as your NT coach with several experiences (e.g. first league in germany, training of NT player....) I am the right choice.

Giving you the best hints for training and chosing the right tactics should help to win some games and bring your teams forward as well.
Trying to establish a good teamwork with your U21-NT-manger should help to build up a solid baseline for the upcoming future seasons.

So developing a powerful NT for the future is my main purpose.

Don´t hesitate to ask any questions in the debate chat and vote for me, thanks in advance

Hello Barbados,

I'm currently the coach of one of the Barbados National Team's best young players, Richard Anwar (25469592), and have trained him since he was 19. Anwar played an integral role in the 3 victories the Barbados NT had last season as he dropped 15 pts & 5 rebs in 16 minutes of work against Pakistan, was the leading scorer against Mexico with 18 points and was the 3rd leading scorer in the game against Hayastan in only 23 minutes of playing time - all at the age of 22.

This shows my personal investment to make the Barbados National Team better and proves that I can adequately train young players which means that i'll be able to advise coaches on how to train their players. I personally have been a manager of a team that has made it to the D.II level of USA leagues which shows that I know how to properly manage a team, tactics, enthusiasm and game shape to success.

I'd be happy to have the chance to see if we can continue to build up more Barbados players for the future and snag a few more victories along the way.
