The nice thing is that we wouldn't even need to multiaccount to farm 40 year olds.

35 or 36 is really better.

maybe most players will be the same when they reach 40 because they drop lots skills.

Exactly. Some players are still on their national teams in the mid 30s at least in smaller nations but those 40+ guys are just a barrel of fun. I would love to see this but obviously the reality is it is just a pipe dream.

It definitely is a fun idea - and would give some middle-quality players the chance to play this team wheras those "monster" players usually retire early. But yes, it's probably just a nice little dream ... I'd still like to manage this grandpa-NT :-)
