I would try to build another 8 luxury boxes , and see how many would attend the game first.

If it's still filled out, then build another 4 or 5 luxury boxes ; otherwise, lower down the price a bit around X'mas time.

ok thanks for the advice guys! do either of you know roughly what my arena should be for div II, i don;t have a lot of cash right now but i've got an expansion of 3 more boxes going for now, thanks.

I am in div II also, and I think I have quite a nice arena. You could have a little bit less bleachers than me, but in general, something like mine could be an aim to reach for div II.

You might want to start targeting a size you can take to the top div. Then you can use the rest of the money on players to get there. I think the current wisdom is
15000 bleachers
4500 lower tier
500 courtside
50 luxury boxes

That's been my plan. But I just relegated to div 4 with an 18000 seat arena. Hoping to bounce to div 3 or even 2 in the next 3-4 seasons.

You should just expand a little at a time. Around 100-500 seats at a time should be fine. As long as you have the cash, there should be no time when you arena isn't under construction

So from what you say it is better to have multiple smaller upgrades than fewer bigger upgrades?
