Its what I was planning on doing anyways. I don't want to promote yet so I can train this season and the 60k a week can help. Also since I don't plan on promoting I will probably not worry about game shape as much and try and win some national tourney games for extra money.

I feel like you should still invest 10k in scouting points , they may come in handy in a few seasons time.

I think at least 5k on scouting points at all times is a must. It can come in handy when you get a season where you are bound to relegate. About doctors, I usually keep a level 5 doctor at all times, regardless of the situation. I find him an extremly important staff member. At high levels, Players are rarely injured. About the arena, keep building. Don't look back, you only have to build once.
