Base Offense, PTB, Motion, Patient, Low Post. And you can play him at SF, just make sure you switch him defensively to PF like A1R said.

Assuming his PF or C have better OD otherwise there is no point switching.

Let's assume for a second that he has a player who is much better suited to play SF (both on offense and defense). This would force him to play that guy at PF.
In that case, I would go with low post as I am pretty sure it favors JR and JS over Driving for Power Forwards and Centres (whereas look inside does the opposite).
