Yes OD and passing for guards is important, not just shooting skills.

Duke play a very jump shot / perimeter style game as they don't really have an elite bigman. Probably a very interesting game to watch but not the most typical. The pace of the game in college games where one team is an underdog is an interesting thing to look at in releation to improving your tactics on BB too. Did the other team try and slow down he favourite, so there were less possesions and the better team couldn't average out a poor performance (never know how to describe this in simple terms).

Tbh I thought after the 1st quarter (where Duke took a reasonable lead) WVU seemed to be playing fast all the way to the finish... their OD seemed to snub out Dukes early promise and I guess confidence took over from there.

I hope another game comes on Japanese TV soon and I can make a comparison.
