In real-life basketball (i take from FIBA) the game can still go on with 4 players. The game should have been forfeited after one of his* players fouled out, yet they put that lucky fan in the game in the last 20 minutes. Maybe the GE can't declare it a walkover after it started legitimately.

actually the game goes on, if there are only four players remaining. The game goes on even with 2 players.
