I'm training 6'8" SF in OD at the age of 23, getting pops consistently every 3 weeks. (level 5 trainer, just upgraded to 6 last week)

So what's better traiining for a trainee to get? 48 total minutes, meaning he got 48 minutes from two games or 3 games, or 48 minutes in the entire game?

Doesn't matter 48 minutes is 48 minutes the only thing that matters is they get them for the correct position
