Just make sure if you do this he wins the first game.
If he is stupid enough to loose the first game, than go ALL in in the second en win it ......;-)
Not completly fair but than again, in love and war everything is allowed.........
But serious, its allowed but not everyone is holding there end of the bargain so now you have nothing to loose but in another case it might be you who gets the request.
Let him win the first and than the change of him doing this is a lot bigger.
