with the recent deflation inthe transfer market i would suggest seeing if you can pick up some bargains as the money you will spend training up existing players will probably be more and certainly more time consuming than going to the transfer market and buying 2-3 new players....if your players dont sell - fire even more... keep running costs as low as possible...

once you have better/younger players (i train 5 people without fail every week) then you can justify the wages of a decent coach.... i wouldnt pay good money to a coach to train people that would not fetch a decent return on the Transfer market...maybe just train 1 position intensively so you do see some improvement until you attendences give you a more predictable weekly budget.... so 3 players training at PG or C

I would have thought you'd be better off training some younger players too.

So, at what point does the $50,000 weekly income for noobs stop?

You get the $50k bonus for starting teams for 4 weeks...then you are on your own.
