Thanks :). Also, should I not even play Oriol until I sell him(I have a friendly tournament game on Thursday)?

This week is all about minute management for gameshape. If you intend to sell a player then I would not give him any minutes unless I am out of other players to give minutes to.

With this being a 2 game week, its better to play the guys you would want to be at their optimal GS and make sure they get within the range to maintain good GS.
