Might be the low number of active English teams in BB. Low number of teams mean low number of players generated, and even lower numbers of players who are properly trained. But then again England has 551 active teams. In Malaysia we have 99. All the good Malaysian talent on my roster are self trained. No point looking on the transfer list, they simply don't exist.

I agree - if you get a half decent draft pick you keep hold and try and train him up as good english players are at a premium - I have got a reasonable draft pick this year but already have three players that are going through training so haven't got the space to train him properly tried to sell but noone interested so will keep him probably and just get him training one on one every 4 weeks with the other three.
