definitely i think you must train OD,because it's a very important skill for him.you can train stamina and FT in all star week.

Until the end of the season Pas bi positional
OD 1 season Bi positional (while he is 20 years old)
Pas 1 season Bi positional (while he is 21 years old)
1vs1 1 season bipositional (while he is 22 years old)
Inside defense 1 season as Center Uni positional (while he is 23 years old)
OD 1/2 season with 1/2 Pas Bi positional (while he is 24 years old)
Jump range 1 season unipositional SG (while he is 25 years old)
1vs1 1 season bipositional (while he is 26 years old)(here you may consider to "mix" with some Jum shot training to accelerate the jump shot pop up)
I think this is a good plan
What think oters managers about?

Its better if u switch it round though players don't like training the whole season on 1 skill.

Absolutely.
Training one skill for an entire season is a recipe for slow training.

A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

I think is better to train 2-3 weeks of OD, switch to pas, then to 1vs1 .... and so forth , than to train 1 skill for an entire season

and forget about the ID training or do it it early, later you ahd a strong guard who didn't use it training when you play there ...
Currently you could do it, bec<ause he is on must position relativ week and if he play out of position he didn't loose that much.

After lots of experiment with training my conclusion is that the best way to train (1 or 2 position doesnt matter), is to change a training skill when all of u r trainees got a pop up on the certain skill that u r train. About the question, my answer is OD is essential, so focus for some time on that
