Proficient.

If not, Strong.

Do not let it go below it.

wow I been keeping respectable-strong. with between 48-70 minutes...

Do I need more minutes to get the whole team up to proficient??

Is it possible to get a 12 man roster all to proficient, or you saying we should just keep the starts/starters at around that?

Thanks a lot guys!

I am having troubles in my team with this. I have too many players in mediocre or average shape, and its hurting the team badly.

Would this be due to the cup games I have put their performance in crunch time and they played heavy minutes (i think I had a 2OT and a 1OT game in one week)? How can I prevent this from happening? I am training them in game shape now.

Should I train their stamina? Should I hire a trainer with a fitness skill?

in generally,to have a good game shape, you must ensure that none of your players do not play more than 96 minutes .

Do I need more minutes to get the whole team up to proficient??

this also depend on your players... some players have a proficient game shape just playing 48 minutes, others need more minutes-50-80 and others can have a proficient game shape just playing 35-45 minutes. you need to find what kind of players you got in you team.

it is possible, if you train game shape :)

How would this affect their stats?
Think about a real life player in strong game shape - in which areas of the game will he excel? Personally I believe it is similar in Buzzerbeater, but I don't know for sure.

I play in a team in real life and thinking about when some of us shows up with bad GS (xDDDD) I would say it affects virtually everything except dribling, passing and driving.

Have you seen something different in your regressions? Would you share this specific topic about GS?

I was wondering too with game shape players who have similar minutes can have game shape 2 levels apart. Is there an optimim number of minutes that differs for each player. Or is it because there a random factor that just means some players are 'up' for a particular week?

game shape is influenced by minutes played, the attitude you play has nothing to do with that
