i'm sorry if i wasnt clear, what i meant to ask is why we cant see the skills of players on opposing teams.

OK, it´d be great!!!
But i think that it´s to easy to click on a player and take a look to all his skills, especially if he belongs to a rival. If one day, you can do this, i´m sure that you´ll have to pay some kind of rival scout or something like this.
