So, you're saying that in this case, if Alabora gets in foul trouble or tired, then Talipov moves to PF and Kaup takes over at C?

What if you play:

PF: Talipov - Kaup
C: Alabora - Talipov

Would it still work that way? What's the rule on how it works.

Thanks,

Steve

Yes, because the sitution isn't changed you just switched PF and C.

The rule is hard to explain but i try it, when both starter are on court, and alabora should be replaced because he is tired, Kaup comes him for him and instantly switch Position wiith talipov so he will play PF where he is backup.

If the coach see now, Talipov is tired and Alabora is more fresh he will put Alabora back in game for talipov. This are the most common to exchanges.

The distribution of the total minutes is comparable with a lineup like that(double backup):

Talipov -Kaup
Alabora - Kaup
