I dont understand but from my last game, its like my backups never got to play! My backup SG got 0 mins and the backup SF got something like 2 mins, lol.. I have no idea how to deal with this and i dont think we can?

try to minimice diferiences between starters and backup

don't train resistance more than respectable/strong

seems to me the starters are getting more mintutes i know in tonights game the other team had 3 players play 47, 47 and 48 minutes. and i had a guy play 47 minutes even though with my player he and the backup are fairly evenly matched in skills. and when i look through my leauge i notice it has been happening a lot like that
