If you go to that site, it shows what you should be able to accomplish at certain distances if you can run a certain time at another distance. I put in 50 minutes for 10km, and if you can run that, you should be able to run a half marathon in about 1:50. That's if you're in top shape though and can handle the extra mileage.

Looks like Belt Buckles are trying to make a run at the playoffs this season. That was a huge pickup. Based on his salary, I'd assume he'll be one of the top guards in the league.

Thanks. Awesome site. I don;t think I am able to run 20 km at all at my current shape. :D Sometime next week (probably thursday- friday) I will try to run 15km (probably pass out 2-3 times between I make it) and see what time I get.

Belt Buckles look extremely strong now. Did they have to make that transfer right before my game with them? :D

anyway. Due to training I sitll need to mix positions and we will see how it turns out

Wow, now Keyes Kops make a big acquisition. Good thing I already played them and Belt Buckles. This division is only getting stronger if Psczyna Team and NWK decide to really make a run at things this season and make some moves.

yeah. no offence to simplycrazy but it looks like he would fight for 6th-7th place at best and he is a shoe-in favourite to win other conference. Now you see why I am seriously considering getting out of it.

What do you think I'm doing? I'm getting the hell out of here, LOL! Toughest division ever. I tried to be competitive last season and I avoided being relegated but had nothing to show for it except 300k in debt.

Check out the globeandmail website. They have marathon and half-marathon training programs. From not running much I did a 1:47 half-marathon in about 10 weeks earlier this year, so your goal is very realistic. Now I'm back to skinny-fat and out of shape. Yay.....

I didnt find those programs there. You got any link?

I just did a bit of a testrun in terrible conditions (29 degrees, full sunshine, and no water with me):D

I went for 13 kilometres in 1 hour and 10 minutes. i am not sattisfied with that result but I think it was lack of stamina and conditions. I checked my time after 10 kilometres and it was 52 minutes. After that mark I was so winded that I almost ended up walking and just kept running in slow speed just because of pure determination.
