Just a general question to all.

I have a Facebook friend who lives in Egypt who I have been considering messaging and asking him to consider setting up a buzzerbeater team there.

Yes there are a couple teams to challenge. But the only scrimmages they ever seem to do are the ones auto-created at the start and end of seasons. Doesn't make sense not to use scrimmages to train players, but I guess they are very lazy.
