Quite possibly, ha ha. You're at home this time, so that's a big plus in your favor. I think what we each decide to do with our enthusiasm will play a big factor, as well as whether or not either of us is willing to sacrifice a little bit of game shape in the next week or two to win this. It looks like all of your main players have played quite a few minutes this week, if you continue to make them play against me, your GS will be torched after the all-star break and you could be in danger of falling out of the playoff race.

I completely misjudged my team's playing minutes - I honestly did not expect to win on Tuesday. Be that as it may - I may have to pick up some scabs just to have a full team with all my injuries or perhaps - just perhaps I'll crunch you with my A Team. What do you think?? :)

I think that if you want to crunch me, it'll be a dangerous risk on your part. You have a couple tough games ahead of you, and your conference is VERY tight. If you crunch, you'll probably win, but you won't make it past the next round and you'll probably be in a relegation series at the end of the season.

I welcome it if that's what you'd like to do. :-D

Congrats on the cup win, good luck going forward.

Nice win for simplycrazy as well. Taking down MBCT is awesome. I'm officially tossing the rest of this season. I'm selling off my older players and replacing them with younger players and ones that will work together in a more cohesive way. I've done well enough in the first half of the season that I can avoid relegation, now, and still possibly make the playoffs, save some money, and get a decent draft position.

Best of luck to the contenders from here on out, the playoff race should be great!

Well, I'm just being honest... if I kept the team I had right now I could finish second in my division, and maybe make the second round of the playoffs. I wouldn't make too much money, and next season a bunch of my key players would start dropping skill points. If I sell them now I can replace them with younger players that I like more, lose a few games to increase my draft position, make a ton of money, and have a better team for next year and the year after to maybe make a run at the title as opposed to settling for "maybe these guys can make the second round?".

Plus, I still might make the playoffs, I'll just lose in the first round instead of the second. Not a huge sacrifice on my part.
