stamina is not that important, but you shouldn mind if your player has high stamina rating as you could still manage his minuts
remember also that the higher the stamina - the more effective your player wiil be if he has to play a lot
i've never trained game shape
not because it is not important, but it's just that i can tune my game shape shape quite well with managing my minuts
i will allways prefer to train actual skills rather then stamina/free throws and ofcourse GS
i would train these in a 2 games week such as allstar weekend or after i was kicked out of the playoffs, it's just very hard to give 48+ to all my trainees in such a week
pay attention that stamina/free throws/GS training has nothing to do with game time of your players, everyone trains, so those weeks are ideal for that
dont waste quality time training free throw, use them to create better players
