I should put a ladder for the top ten utopian teams (flag wise) in my opening post for this thread and try to keep it updated regularly. Job for me

Flag number 86 for me is Romania.

I have tried to put a list of teams into the opening post. Please advise me of any teams ive missed or mistakes that ive made.

I dont know why but I cant get the links to work to Utopian teams

When should I update a managers flag tally.

After they get a scrimmage booked or after they play that scrimmage?

Perhaps Managers could also advise of the 3 remaining toughest countries they have to get and I will include that information on the ladder as well.

Im assuming that MISR and Pakistan would be most peoples hardest to gets
