Start training him in OD PA and 1on1. Keep at it until he reaches 10 OD, 8-10 PA and around the same level of DR.
Then you should make a decision about if you really want to bring SB up anything or focus on his other skills. I have high SB guys and for it to work it needs to be rather high(it helps towards ID-rating at all levels but not very much).


I find that GM-Manon has typed pretty much literally what I would have suggested.

since the thread is on training, can i asked if there is a difference in the pop up of a particular skill like say passing if it focuses only for guards or for the whole team?


passing for PG vs passing for Team. ( will the passing for pg pop faster or no difference?) thanks

but if i train my PG he should get 48 mins in Pg position and should not play in other position during the training week, correct?

No ,if your trainee has played 48 minutes on the PG spot he will get 100% training,after that you can play him on the C spot or whatever kind of position.
