Top 8 SBBL

Sessioes Doers
The most stable SBBL team. Even with similar lineup for more than 4 seasons, SD still able to maintain playoff rank in the much tougher SBBL competition nowadays. Something to say with their best defensive tower, SBBL best, Eike Balkhausen (12.4ppg 12.9rpg 2.2apg 2.5bpg). His 2.5bpg has made life easier for his other teammate, especially Phil Hanson (16.1ppg 12.9rpg) who is liability on defense. Their offensive ace is still relying on Columbian Ricardo Paz, averaging 25.6ppg. Prediction : Big 8 4th

Singapore Showstoppers
Similar as SD, SS hardly changed any lineup in last four season, except adding up extra strength on the middle by arriving Wojciech Troszczynski (21ppg 11rpg). That made SS a formidably dangerous inside team, earn them a solid position on Big 8 3rd. Noel Lima is still around with SS, averaging 18.9 ppg as the result of strategy change, and also 13rpg. Prediction : Big 8 3rd

Compassvale United
The real deal. The recent purchase of Ruudi Klaas and Tanausu Galeno, bound to add more firepower for the already crowded lineup. Along Eric United, Shohoku Backers, Whampoa & Xavis, CPU is one of these oldies club that able to survive on new era of SBBL. Although only led by Jonathan Goose 18 ppg, CPU team are deep with at least 10 player with almost same role. Think of the Memphis Grizzlies of year 2010. Prediction : Great 8 4th

Eric United
Was the most efficient team in running their offense last season, but slowed down recently due to injury of some role players. Peleg Schum (16ppg) and Rainer Mand (15ppg) were out from lineup since last week, and EU has lost two straight. Still led by superstar Augusto Gomez (16ppg 6apg) & Simavi Duyu (12.2ppg 8.9rpg). The emergence of Ċ½eljko Krivokapic (10ppg 11rpg) has also helped to improve their inside defense. Prediction : Big 8 2nd

Other 4 SBBL..... to be continue......

Hi All, upon being their first time winning Singapore cup, the board and coaches of FuTureSG had made an overnight meeting in their office 'FuTure', "discussing on 'SG' their coaches, members of FuTureSG contracts and the draft target setting for season 19 and 20", before having their Singapore Cup celebration with all members of FuTureSG at 'PuTure club'.

FuTureSG board: 'SG', Thanks and congratulation for leading FuTureSG to be the champion of Singapore cup. We are please to announce that we decided to extend your contact for another 2 years till the end of season 21.

SG: Thank you board, I'm gladly to do so, it's great being able to coach such a wondering club.

FuTureSG board: Even though we are the winner of s19 Singapore cup, we are still hoping that you are able to lead FuTureSG to win SBBL(s19/20) and B3(s20). Hope you 'Fu' are already in planning for the upcoming season.

SG: Yes boss, I already have planning to improve and bring the club to another higher level.

FuTureSG board: We are glad to hear that.

FuTureSG board press news release,

FuTureSG board: News update to all members of FuTureSG including Fans. The coaches and 'us' had come to a mutual decision, that we would be trying to keep almost all current players with us, with the most of 1 or 2 changes for the upcoming new challenge. But at any point of time, if the team fail to perform in season 20, we won't hesitate to change at least 50% of the members.

Best wishes to all.
