I´m doing this kind of training on my own at the present. I am definetely not happy with that, because it takes a lot of time and I probably wont be able to push my PF to the desired JS-Level.

So in this case it is my personal opinion. But here is also an explenation for that:

To train JR effectively you need some OD.²

So in his case, he would need a high DR + HA in the first place to get some efficient OD-training.³ So, if not given, he would need to train 1on1 Guards in the first place. Then he has a nice Drive + okey JS and some OD. Under these conditions he can get some efficient JR-Training.

He can all do that without the above described steps, but it wouldn´t be that efficient. So this is my personal point of view to that topic.

²³ Both are allegations, which I have read in several training-thread in thess trainingforums by several people.

Sorry, I had to edit that, because one phrase was confusing.

danke. I've asked cause I'm gonna do the same, I've already players with "nice" JR and the results with the "bigs" aren't so bad. I think we've few people training JR for bigs and maybe with not enough level of skill

I´m very happy about the game perfomances of the trainee. But it is my way of the training, I´m doubting, that it is very efficient.

As a German, I´m a big fan of a stretch Forward^^

And in Buzzerbeater I like them as well, although it seems to me that they are missing some close-ranged shots. Therefore, the 3pt% is pretty good. If you think of the less IS, you have to take because of the higher JR and JS, it doesn´t seem to be that big of a surprise. :)

But this isn´t the thread to discuss about the tactical benefits of stretching Bigs.

Sorry, it´s late and my concentration isn´t that high anymore. I hope, you got my point though.

Good night ;)
