Alright first off i want to ask this question..if someone becomes nt coach can they still coach their own team? Also how often should a nt coach be online handling nt? Im asking these questions because im on buzzerbeater probably at least once an hour..if i was to run would that be enough or would it be necessary to be on even more than that? Im a college student so i dont have all the time in the world but i believe i could handle the nt affairs and bring them to the top....so am i on enough to handle it? If so im going to place my name on the list.

and take too many cigarette breaks.

Ah, so that's you smoking and not those broken down machines you coach.

I'll answer this one. Grubbs days are already strictly limited to a LI SF, and come the future players of Bill Weeks, Clifford Turpin, and "The Nemesis" he probably only has a season left, if any time.

If there is only one real candidate...then what is there to discuss?

I'm all for preparing for the future of the National Team...but we can do it on the offsite...

Grubbs is still one of the best SF mismatch options we have, and his skills won't start declining noticeably until he is 34. Thankfully we have several players coming up in future seasons that I think will more than adequately replace him.

Player wise we may change who we select for the last few roster spots on the NT in Season 15. I am concerned with our Americas opponents advantage inside on us, and I would likely want to compensate for that. If we make the Worlds in Season 16, I would shift our focus back to a more balanced team as our opponents would more likely have the guard depth to matchup with us.

To improve the team will take time and dedication from NT staff and a lot of communication to the managers of our best prospects. I would love it if we had an 18/18/18 type big to use, and while we have some players who could potentially reach that level (Moore, Owens), it remains to be seen whether anyone would take on that challenge economically, as the salary of such a player could exceed 350k. Right now I have been encouraging managers of some of our 9-10 potential bigs to focus on 2 inside skills. For example I think a 13/18/18 type big would be much much more useful to the NT then a 16/16/16 big.
