You should just fire all your staff before the economic update tomorrow. Make sure you read the game manual so you know how the economics work. You can't let your staff salaries balloon like that. Their salaries increase by around 2% every week.

That's a positive weekly income so your debt will slowly go down. You don't really have to sell players anymore. They won't make you much money.
