The levels only go up to 6


Actually goes up to level 7, if you hold your mouse over a world-renowned doctor you will see this. You missed minimal in your list :P

These are the level of all staff...

1 - minimal
2 - basic
3 - competent
4 - advanced
5 - superior
6 - exceptional
7 - world-renowned

That's because you can't buy a minimal... If you fire your current staff you will be given a minimal level staff with a 1k salary.... Try reading the manual before you argue with a GM....
