What I have read is that Luxury Boxes cap at 50 and Courtside Seats cap at 500. There is a soft cap of 20K for both Bleachers and Lower Tier. You can sell more Lower Tier seats in higher divisions.

You've already had a game over 21,500, so it looks like you're doing ok. I just wouldn't build any more seats.
