My team is just not performing well. My new guard that I paid 1mil+ for isn't getting buckets or playing defense like he is suppose to. A close loss tonight. At .500, I will look to turn my attention to the cup first. Doesn't look like my team will win this season in this league. I will probably TIE all league games for now unless I get like a D1 cup opponent next week

Will

It was a nice Cup run, while it lasted. I drew the #1 team in USA, the Tucumcari Whalers. LOL.

Good job Anders! You eneded my season early. Two target injuries in one game. How did you do that? haha

My SG drops 61 in a close game, but I'm still winless. As expected though haha.

Well, on the bright side, my arena is way larger than it was before I promoted. And the D.III profits I am making are awesome. It'll suck not having that next season.

And the unfortunate halfsies attendance...which can be countered somewhat by cutting your ticket prices in half, and then adjust accordingly back up as fans slowly come back to see the winning team.

We here at BPI are in a festive mood as the top team in all the land pays us a visit! It is a great honor. The excitement will be short lived, I am sure once the game tips off.

By selling my Nigerian NT player for 700k and listing my SG (the leading scorer of this league) on the TL, the Edmonton Earthquakes are officially tanking. Yay.

On the bright side, we are over $1 million! Saving that for a while :D

Smart...build up that bank account and find the right pieces to put around your Peruvian center!

Great game, rhyminsimon. With soft enthusiasm, I had to go CT, and with Faustas fouling out early, just didn't have enough to pull out the win.

I'm just burning my scrimmage this week to recover game shape for select players.

About once every season you get one of those blowout victories where you win by too much. I was holdiing my starters in reserve just in case my opponent decided to CT. But my coach wants to put them anyways (I had "Coach Picks From Depth Chart" selected). He then keeps them in 40+ minutes even with a 50 plus lead. By the fourth quarter five Lucky Fans could have still won it.

I know, it is silly to complain about a victory but it is a reminder how BB isn't like reality.
