Our GMs are allowed to correct transfers when they are highly over market normal prices and could get to unfair situations. It's explained in the rules and doesn't have to mean cheating. It is made to avoid cases where someone for unknown reasons decides to spend more money on a player than his real value. Maybe he is leaving and wants to make a gift, or he just wants to make a joke, or make us think that the other user is cheatin, etc.
In this particular case, the player is highly overpriced. It's not a case where a player is sold in a expensive way, but a case where a player has been sold in an unrealistic way. It's very easy to check it, if you take a look at the market. It's not good marketing, it's bad behaviour of the buyer and we can't allow this happening.
We know that it's very difficult to understand the reason of all of this, without knowing all the details, but rules are clearly at this point and this transfer was not fair.
