I agree with you there I have 10 luxury boxes and I have yet to actually sell them all out. I leave my price at round 850 so that may be why.

I might change my luxury prices to go down and match yours then when I build some more boxes. Dropping it 100 dollars seems like I should be able to sell around 15 that way.
