Guys.... don't forget about the opponent defense, if you have a good very good 3 points shooter but your rival has played with his best ODer covering your shooter... his ratings are going to be low. I am talking for my personal experience, as the 4 best team in Colombia, I have a 3 points shooter with JS in 17 and JR in 13, he has a good opportunities when the opposite defense isn't so strong... but sometimes other teams has a very strong OD and simply make looks so poor my player.

Lets say that we have 25 pops and we have to split them between JS/JR. Mine would be 15-11.

i would go 14-12, and if i work on other Pops with this player i would even preffer 13-13 or 12-14 because Range is harder to train ;)

PS: I used 26 like you do :)
