As per news page of season 16:

While previously contact between teams and young players was only allowed after they had entered their names in the draft, now teams will be allowed more freedom in choosing which players to scout. In practice, this means that unspent scouting points will now no longer be reset during the offseason, but rather will carry over until they are used.


Unused points will carry over to the next season's draft

With egg and pnr buying up big I'm starting to feel a bit nervous. My attempts to train my young bids could be my downfall. Then again being ct'd by mangos and sainstars hasn't helped much either. Time for the redbacks to get active or face relegation.

Dang, what an epic win I had today! With my new big purchase pulling a 14 rating despite being in "only" respectable GS, I'm looking forward to see him carrying the team.

Whether it be the pipe or the pills that you have copied the use of, given the way you stuffed up your ticket prices something temporarily caused you to think you were in div 1 and not 2
