This is for Oreo: in your speech you said "To all the people who are tired of not being heard: I will listen to your ideas if you give them. I will welcome you if you come to me. I will help you if you ask. This is what sets me apart from my fellow candidates."

I'm just curious, but when has a manager not listened to ideas if people offered them or helped when asked? I believe any of the candidates, including the foreigner, would all do the same so how does what you said make you different?

For the others: how would you handle input from the community on tactics, team discussion, and training that would be any different than what we've had?

I once had a team with 1757 players and was $25,835,360 in debt. This is not that team. Join the Discord group open to anyone, but especially for USA managers to improve your club or get involved with the U21 and NT programs (https://discord.gg/cKpNkt2).

Hello this is to Oreo and Jkal Can we trust you to not be middle school educated? Under 21 is a important job and its in the same realm as running a clan of people on COD. Do you understand that a french alley would be perfered if no1 is capable of being at least a management position or above in a real work place?

We get that you support Teemo, but no need to disrespect the other candidates' education levels. Oreo has been working with U21 players for a long time and Jk is the head scout making great progress on our training classes. You don't have to disrespect others to build up your candidate.

So are you saying that you would make all of the tactic/roster decisions on your own or with a small group of maybe 2 other people then and not be open to community discussion as we already have?

But as long as the structure is maintained, there can be a continued standard of success (i.e. San Antonio Spurs)

Many would argue that the structure is already fubar.

Oreo's campaign is on one of restoration.

The french guy's campaign is about changing our structure that to his outside-looking-in eyes appears broken as well.

But to you. You're like a cat in a burning building sipping coffee going "This is fine"

Maintaining, or keeping a status quo is not a recipe for success. Recipes for success include improvement, development, innovation.

The french guy also said it best, that there needs to be less subjectivity involved in the players selected.

My question to everyone: How will "you" specifically, go about fixing the structure for sustained championship success.
