sorry to break this discussion :-)
but I see one interesting thing I didn't notice before, and I've been playing this game since many seasons!

Are you saying that even if a player, during a game, has neither been replaced, nor fouled out, nor injured, still he actually can be accounted for a few seconds less than 48 full minutes?

not such a great loss as training percentage, just curious to understand the reason, if any

However, a player that is set as starter, sub and reserve in a "strictly follow orders" setup can still be subbed for a few seconds sometimes.

Which is stupid. Don't give me an option of "strictly" and then ignore me and do your own thing. ugh

Edit: Should be "Mostly follows orders" or "Follows orders unless the coach doesn't want to"

If you training for National team 48+ wery importent because after 21 age players slower training und if lose training more with 48 minutes you lose before 30 years abaut 5 sezon ,,,48 is 47 minutes training und 48+ is 48 und 0 sek!

No, if a player is neither injured, fouled out or replaced during a game, he will get 48 full minutes. However, a player that is set as starter, sub and reserve in a "strictly follow orders" setup can still be subbed for a few seconds sometimes.

This is what i said!!!!! So You agree with me!

I read in the past that training is not linear so with the OP's question maybe I am inclined that 48+ is still optimal versus 48. It is not a big deal in the sense that you would want to give your second trainee his shot at 48 minutes as well instead of choosing your primary trainee to bump from 47 or 48 mins to 48+. If I have three trainees, BTW I never had because it really is unrealistic to have three if you do 1 position training most of the time. The question for the OP is how may trainees do you have? If you answer 2 then get the 48+ if more leave it as at is.
