This player needs too much training to be worth the effort. Pitiful Inside def and only average in inside shot and rebounds does not help either. Can't really be a good SF in a reasonable time then.

True but still.. Ive seen that height is very important training factor. My 7'2 C is poping up much much faster than my 6'8, 6'11, 6'11 trainees. Especially the 6'8 PF witch right now is my most productive player has hard time to pop up on ID

Get his OD up to strong and then his JS and JR up to strong. With those 3 strongs, you might be able to get your money back. He can't play SF with a pitiful ID.. He will be a good SG. peace

He hasn't got a pitiful ID...
But the passing sucks.

Prominent outside defense? Is that possible in such short time?

That's only 3 Skill-Ups, it's possible... I used to have my 20 yo trainees pop-up every 3 weeks, so if he starts rotation with Pressure, it could happen, especially if the sub-level of Outside Def is high...

Looks like a quite ok trainee. But you would have benefit from better passing and you will also suffer when you train handling as he is a bit tall for being outside player. I do believe that you could train him to be a quite ok Small Forward. And compared to first guy in this thread this guy actually is just 18 and have a much higher salary and I think that his salary will improve even more in comparison when salary update has been.

I could consider training such player even if you lost some time and have some skills that needs quite much improvement.

You should train him some One on One, cause it lifts up Jump Shot, Handling and Driving pretty fast... I see you trained Outside Def the most, and that's a good choice... He could really become a great SF, if you decide to switch to big men training in a couple of seasons...

Don't worry about height and Handing, he's not that tall for a guard... I have a 198 cm tall PG with wondrous Handling...

Yeah i like him too, but to train him as SF u need at least an other player to train with him. Waste so many weeks of training just 1 player its a shame. Find an other 1 similar even with less potential to train with him
