the servers are on eastern standard time. but sometimes the updates take about 10 minutes to show up.

ah ok, so in England it should say that the Standing updates take place on 7/12/08 @ 2am (and not 9pm the previous day). if not it's too confusing, because we can only see the local time while in BB, we can't see the server time, so the news tickers should be adapted to this imho
