It is not a bug, during allstar weekend there is only 2 games including scrimage. All other weeks 3 games/week. Also in the end of season depending on your playoffs/relegation situation you might have 2 games a week only too.
If you have like 3 trainees put something to train on two positions like jumpshot or rebounding or driving. Also team training this week for stamina is not so bad too for all your team.

Ah, that makes sense. I wasn't looking ahead before I started allocating minutes at the beginning of the week, so it caught me off-guard. Good to keep in mind for the future!
