Things you should know for training:

1. Suggested position means nothing in BB. Your 6'3" player should be trained as a guard, not a SF.

2. Training is a lot faster if you move your players around to make training effective. Training Pressure (100%) for PG is much better than training pressure SF/PF (80%). One position training is almost always the best option. Especially since you get 3 games a week (you can train 3 players with one position training).

3. Training slows down a lot when players get older and your 22 year old in my opinion is not worth training. Train anther younger player if you have it or try to find one on the TL for cheap.

4. It is hard to train players that are not alike together. You have an undersized center with atrocious OD and PAS that you are trying to train along with your two guard prospects. Try to find players that are similar and can train well together.

Final Opinion:
I would really only focus on training the first guy. The third one probably isn't worth training and the 2nd guy is also not the best option for training as he is already 22. For the first guy, I would look at Pressure training (PG 100%) until he gets up to respectable or strong and then give him some 1v1 training for a bit.

Hope this clears some stuff up and helps you out a bit.

Thank you for the reply! Would you suggest me selling the other two prospects and find two younger ones that are guards?

I would. Try to find some guards (18-19 years old) on the TL with P. Allstar-Superstar whose skills align with your 18 year old. You can probably find two for under 200k together (or even less).
