This question belongs to the Help forum I believe :)

Anyway players don't retire, unless you fire them (and no one buys them). For example I have him (6252920) playing in my roster, and I don't want him to quit the game since he's my mascotte :)
Players' skills drop at 32-33, the player I've just shown has "atrocius" (1) in every skill.

You can't change players' name... I bet he's really "Wise" now :P

Can you confirm that skills really start droping at age 32?
Always thought it starts droping at age 33.
