Part 2
How to train a PF:
Distribution of skills depends on tactics and starting skills. As I want inside players it is recommanded to start with 1 on 1 training in Forward position till HND and DRI reaches level 10, in this way you can train also JS and IS. In the second season (19yo) you have to train Inside Shoot till level 14 and then at the 3/4 of the season start with ID. In the last season (20yo) train ID till 13 (it'll pop up faster thanks EE (Elastic Effect) of IS) and then RB till level 12 (it'll pop up faster thanks to EE of IS and ID).
It is recommanded to have PF very hight! An example of good PF when he reaches 21:
JS: 6(8)
JR: 4
OD: 5
HA: 10
DR: 10
PA: 5
IS: 14
ID: 13
RB: 12
SB: 7
How to train a C:
Center is a pretty one-dimensional position like PG. Most important skills are IS, ID and RB, followed by HA.
It is recommanded to have C very hight! An example of good C when he reaches 21:
JS: 5
JR: 3
OD: 4
HA: 5
DR: 4
PA: 6
IS: 14
ID: 14
RB: 13
SB: 9
For all players:
Don't forget two skills which can sometimes turn the tides in the game: Stamina and Free throws. Players with low stamina can not only underperform as the game goes on, but also make more fouls in fourth quarter.
The most important thing of all that is written here is, however, GAME SHAPE. You have to guarantee 55-70 minutes a week for your player in order to have Strong or Proficient game shape. Players with Respectable game shape will not play unless there isn't any other choice.
