I say you train the two MVP's but also keep the other player.

I realize this might come across too harsh but I think you need to hear this so I'm not gonna sugar coat it.
1st guy is horrible, I would sell immediately. Just extremely inefficient because he's missing a huge amount of free PG skills. Passing is practically as important at SG as it is at PG. This guy will tank your offensive flow at a high salary for D4 and doesn't have HA/DR to make up for it. He can't play SF because they need IS/RB and PA also. You can find players who are a lot better for half his salary.
2nd guy is fine. I'm not a fan of atrocious IS but you run outside offenses and the rest of his build is good. I like that he is right on the line between PG/SG, you should try to keep it that way.
3rd guy has the problems of the 1st guy but not as extreme. He's also 24 so it's tough to fix. I wouldn't say he's in "you have to sell right away" territory but I would still sell him right away. If you could get away with training PA for the rest of the season it wouldn't be so bad but guy #2 would benefit from more balanced training.

I plan on training OD, and PA later in the season, my 19YO SG needs OD and PA, he's my main trainee for the future, same with the second guy, I'm trying to get his OD up also, and I don't now how much them two guys would sell for, I was thinking about selling them two.
