for the 50ker I'd say, if you want to be a inside-outside C, put some pressure on him and train OD. Also believe driving is key in a LI offense so you'll want that at 8. then if you want him to pass get that up to a 9. But first, train OD and HA cause his handling is causing you turnovers. whats his turnovers a game? if it's less than 3 don't worry, if more train that HA! for the 20 year old just get rid of him he has too much work to do to even get him above 10k salary!

again I say get his secondaries up.

Well, he has miniscule TO's for his career, .8 per game, in 108 games, 16MPG... But, he also has 108 games with 0 assists! Lmao, he litterly has no assists his whole career.

With his godawful OD and passing, plus pitiful driving and handling, he'll never be more than another three-skill donkey. If you feel like you want to train him, just hee haw and train up those three skills to make him even more donkeyriffic, assuming you can afford to train him after his salary updates in about four days.

He's probably got 3 big skills left before capping and that will push his salary
he's terrible at everything but big man skills
If your team can handle it,you'll have to play him at PG & SG but he needs all those others skills
he'll get better and his salary won't hardly move
OD-JR-PA, with 1's and 2's to start he should pop more often at beginning
halfway through the season after, finish off the big skills
good luck

Sell him ASAP. There is NO other solution.

His salary will be almost 80k next season, and although he may be league mvp he will absolutely suck relative to how much you are paying for him each week. You should be able to put together a team that can promote you out of D5 with a combined salary close to this one player.

Even if it was worth it to stick it out and keep him for a season you would still want to sell him once you get to D4 because you won't have enough salary cap space left to buy good enough players in other positions. This would be true even if his secondaries didn't blow, which is another huge point against him.

If there was a hypothetical team with five 10k salary players and one 30k salary players (plus some dirt cheap backups), replacing the five 10k players with 20k salary players would improve the team about 20 times as much as replacing one 30k salary player with an 80k salary player.
