motion or run and gun. motion relies more on passing though.

It would largely be about what kind of stats this strong back court possess. With bad passing it's hard to run Motion (even if your team is better overall) because it depends on getting good shots, with bad stamina it is not optimal to play a fast paced offense like Run and Gun.
